Process
You purchase the gift voucher and receive an email with the gift voucher within 48 hours. You may use the print and/or digital voucher as your gift. The voucher will be redeemable until it’s used unless otherwise noted.

Refund & cancellation Policy
There are no refunds on the gift voucher unless otherwise noted.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
Once the scheduled session time has begun, no refunds will be issued for the booking fee. This applies whether or not you attend the session.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly and may still end at the originally scheduled time, depending on availability.
