I’m still in Mexico, and it’s been a while since I shared a collective reading. I have two months in this grand city and hope to make the most of it.
Admittedly, I’ve been a bit quiet since my mental health hasn’t been the best. I’m happy to share that, after making some new connections and working with a psychiatrist, I've been feeling more at ease lately.
Of course, like many Americans and especially those with marginalized identities, I’m still holding tension in my body. And I know it’s not a lonely feeling. Many across the world are experiencing similar and, truthfully, worse. With this knowledge, I continued to practice gratitude and work to gain a better perspective on how I can fit into the peaceful future I believe is possible.
